- Tap Payments, our payment provider, to process card, BENEFIT and Apple Pay payments
- Our hosting and email providers, to run the website and send account and booking emails
- Our image storage provider, where uploaded photos and documents are kept
All third parties are required to protect personal data in accordance with applicable laws.
7. International Data Transfers
Personal data may be stored or processed outside Bahrain using cloud services. Such transfers are carried out in compliance with Bahrain data protection requirements and with appropriate safeguards.

10. Cookies and Browser Storage
We use only what the website needs to work. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not use third-party analytics.
- Sign-in cookie keeps you signed in to your account. It is removed when you sign out or after a period of inactivity.
- Language cookie remembers whether you chose English or Arabic, for up to one year.
- Browser storage remembers small preferences on your device only, such as content already shown to you. It is never sent to us.
- Mentor videos load from YouTube (Google) only if you press play on a mentor's introduction video. YouTube's own privacy policy then applies to that video.
The fonts and icons on this website are served from our own servers, so visiting a page does not share your details with font providers.
