1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are a legally binding agreement between you and E-Reach Consulting, based in the Kingdom of Bahrain ("E-Reach", "we", "us" or "our"). By accessing, registering on or using our website, platform and services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, you must stop using the platform.

2. Nature of the Platform

E-Reach offers study-abroad guidance and operates a directory that connects prospective international students ("Students") with people who have studied abroad ("Mentors") for one-to-one advice sessions.

Mentors are independent third parties, not employees, agents or partners of E-Reach. Every Mentor profile is reviewed by our team before it appears in the directory, but you remain responsible for checking requirements with the official university, embassy or government source.

3. Accounts & Eligibility

To book or message a Mentor, or to apply as one, you must create an account. By registering you confirm that:

• You are at least 16 years old. Users under 18 must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to make purchases.
• All information you submit, including education details and any documents you upload, is accurate, current and complete.
• You will keep your password secure, and you accept responsibility for all activity under your account.

4. Bookings & Payments

4.1 Payment processing

Sessions and packages are paid in advance through our payment provider, Tap Payments. The price, currency and session length are shown before you pay. Prices are set in Bahraini Dinars (BHD) unless stated otherwise at checkout. We never see or store your full card details.

4.2 Payment and confirmation

Your booking is secured once payment succeeds. Until then the time is held for you and shown as awaiting payment; if the payment is not completed, the time is released. After payment, the Mentor confirms the time or suggests another one, which the Student may accept or decline, as set out in our Refund Policy.

4.3 Mentor payment

Payments for sessions are collected by E-Reach. Mentors are paid for completed sessions under a separate arrangement with E-Reach.

4.4 Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

4.5 Packages

Mentors may offer packages with their own name, description and price, including packages of several sessions booked together. The price shown covers the whole package and is shared across its sessions for cancellations and refunds.

5. Student Obligations

As a Student booking a session, you agree to:

• Attend scheduled sessions on time.
• Understand that a Mentor's advice is based on their personal experience, and check requirements yourself with official university and embassy sources.
• Respect the Mentor's time and boundaries. Asking a Mentor to complete application forms or write essays for you is not permitted.

6. Mentor Obligations

As an approved Mentor, you agree to:

• Keep your profile accurate, including your university, course and location. Falsifying this information is grounds for immediate removal and possible legal action.
• Honour the availability you publish and the sessions booked with you. Repeated cancellations or no-shows may lead to suspension.
• Give honest, ethical and realistic advice based on your own experience, and never promise or guarantee admissions or visas.
• Confirm each booked session promptly, or suggest another time you can keep. You may not move a session without the Student's agreement.
• Describe your packages and prices accurately, and deliver what each package includes.
• Only publish content on your page (headline, photo, video and packages) that is accurate, lawful and yours to share. Your page must not include contact details or links that move bookings or payments off the platform.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following are prohibited and may result in immediate account termination:

• Off-platform payments: asking for or offering payment for sessions outside the platform, by bank transfer, cash or any other method.
• Off-platform contact before booking: exchanging phone numbers, social media handles or external links before a session is confirmed.
• Harassment: hate speech, discrimination, threats or abusive language towards any user or E-Reach staff.
• Fraud: creating fake accounts, impersonating others, or using payment methods you are not authorised to use.
• Illegal advice: encouraging or instructing anyone to forge documents, lie on visa applications, or break immigration law.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, design and software on this website are the property of E-Reach Consulting. You may not copy, scrape or reverse engineer any part of the site.

By posting a profile biography, photo, video or other content on your E-Reach page, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display it on the platform and to use it to promote the platform. You confirm you have the right to share it.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The platform and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, E-Reach disclaims all implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, E-Reach, its founders and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, including loss of educational opportunities such as rejected applications or visas, arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid to E-Reach in the six (6) months before the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless E-Reach Consulting and its officers, employees and agents from any claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your dealings with another user, or your breach of any law.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. Please contact us first at Team@ereach.education so we can try to resolve any dispute informally. If that fails, the dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Kingdom of Bahrain.

12. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email. Continuing to use the platform after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
