1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Easy Reach Consulting, registered in the Kingdom of Bahrain ("Easy Reach," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing, registering, or using our website, platform, and services, you agree to comply with these Terms and our related Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform.

2. Nature of the Platform

Easy Reach operates exclusively as an online marketplace designed to connect prospective international students ("Students") with currently enrolled university students ("Mentors") for peer-to-peer advice.

• We provide the technology to facilitate connections, secure video rooms, and process escrow payments.
• Any booking creates a direct contractual relationship between the Student and the Mentor. Easy Reach is not a party to that specific agreement.
• Mentors are independent contractors, not employees, agents, or partners of Easy Reach.

3. Accounts & Eligibility

To access core platform features, you must register for an account. By registering, you confirm that:

• You are at least 16 years of age. Users under the age of 18 must have explicit consent from a parent or legal guardian to make purchases.
• All information you submit (including identification and university enrollment documents) is accurate, current, and complete.
• You will maintain the security of your password and accept responsibility for all activities occurring under your account.

4. Bookings, Escrow & Fees

4.1 Payment Processing

All payments are securely processed through our authorized third party gateway (Tap Payments). Prices are explicitly stated at checkout and are generally processed in Bahraini Dinars (BHD) or the equivalent local currency based on current exchange rates.

4.2 Escrow System

To protect both parties, funds paid by a Student are held in escrow by Easy Reach. Funds are only released to the Mentor's payout account after the successful completion of the video session. If a dispute arises, funds remain frozen until the dispute is resolved by our support team.

4.3 Revenue Split & Service Fees

Easy Reach operates on a revenue-sharing model to cover platform maintenance, payment gateway costs, secure escrow handling, and customer support. For every completed and successful session, the total session fee is split as follows:

• Mentor Payout (60%): The Mentor receives 60% of the total session fee.
• Platform Fee (40%): Easy Reach retains 40% of the total session fee as a commission.

These fees will always be transparently displayed on your dashboard before you confirm a booking or request a payout.

5. Student Obligations

As a Student booking a session, you agree to:

• Attend scheduled video sessions punctually.
• Understand that Mentor advice is anecdotal and based on their personal journey. You are solely responsible for cross referencing requirements with official embassy or university websites.
• Respect the Mentor's time and boundaries. Demanding that a Mentor complete application forms for you or write your essays is strictly prohibited.

6. Mentor Obligations

As a verified Mentor, you agree to:

• Maintain 100% accuracy on your profile regarding your current university, major, and location. Falsifying this data is grounds for immediate termination and potential legal action.
• Honor all confirmed bookings and calendar availability. High cancellation rates or no shows will result in profile demotion or suspension.
• Provide honest, ethical, and realistic advice based on your own lived experience. Do not promise or guarantee admissions or visas to any Student.

7. Prohibited Conduct & Anti-Circumvention

To ensure a safe environment, the following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination:

• Circumvention (Off-Platform Payments): You may not attempt to bypass Easy Reach's payment system. Requesting or offering to pay for mentorship via direct bank transfer, PayPal, cash, or any other external method is strictly forbidden.
• Off-Platform Communication: Exchanging personal phone numbers, social media handles, or external links before a booking is confirmed is prohibited.
• Harassment: Engaging in hate speech, discrimination, threats, or abusive language toward any user or Easy Reach staff.
• Fraud: Creating fake accounts, writing fake reviews, or using stolen credit cards.
• Illegal Advice: Mentors may not encourage or instruct Students on how to forge documents, lie on visa applications, or violate immigration laws.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos (including the Easy Reach logo), platform design, and software code are the exclusive intellectual property of Easy Reach Consulting. You may not copy, scrape, or reverse engineer any part of our site.

By posting reviews, profile biographies, or photos on Easy Reach, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty free license to use, display, and distribute that content to promote the platform.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

THE PLATFORM AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS. Easy Reach expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Easy Reach, its founders, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or educational opportunities (such as rejected applications or visas), arising out of or related to your use of the platform. In no event shall Easy Reach's total liability exceed the total amount paid by you to Easy Reach in the six (6) months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Easy Reach Consulting, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your interaction with any user, or your violation of any applicable law.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting Easy Reach support. If informal resolution fails, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Kingdom of Bahrain.

12. Modifications to Terms

Easy Reach reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page or by sending an email notification. Your continued use of the platform after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
